SERIES STANDINGS

This limited series is a TEAM ONLY series. It will consist of 10 regular season points races. All races are 100%, 2x's wear, with a halftime field invert. The teams will have a Winston Cup style points system with no playoffs. 

Both pre-season and all of the points paying races are mile or bigger tracks. The only short track is the mid season King Of The Mountain race at Bristol. This not only adds to the aspect of "teamwork", it appeals to the high speed need that most Heat5 gamers feel. 

How good does a team work together? We're about to find out! After each qualifying session, the wheel will be spun to choose a number. At halfway, a manual caution will be thrown and the field inverted from that number. Then a mandatory pit, choose rule, and restart for the 2nd half of the race. 

Teams will be selected at random through draft. Team leaders are by Cup Standings and K&N eligibility. Team names and corresponding cars will be pre-selected, Team points are a combination of each drivers total race points. Each team gets 3 SPC to use for the entire season between the two drivers. 4+ cost 25 points ea.

Somebody piss you off during the race? Somebody wreck you and ruin your race? CALL THEM OUT! After the race we will get back on the track and watch you two race for the shortest distance allowed. The winner has a chance to either swap finish position or make the loser start in the rear next race. *C/O rules apply

1: if you were on a previous Apex team and did not complete 50% starts, you are not eligible for this series. 

2: new drivers can participate without the mandatory 5 K&N starts, but MUST have the endorsement of a current Apex driver. 

3: a max of TEN (20 drivers) teams will be allowed.
